Exploring the Cretaceous, Discovering the Age of Dinosaurs 穿越白垩纪，探秘恐龙时代

On May 31, the “Young Eagles” team from Class 4, Grade 4 of the Primary School Affiliated to Shandong Normal University took part in a unique field trip. Accompanied by their parents, 22 students visited the Shandong Museum to embark on a wonderful journey titled “Journey Through the Cretaceous.”

5月31日，山师附小四年级四班雏鹰小队组织了一次别开生面的研学活动，22名同学在家长们的带领下，走进山东省博物馆，开启了一场“穿越白垩纪”的奇妙之旅。

Led by a professional docent, the group first entered the exhibition hall of the Shandong Cretaceous Dinosaur Exhibition. As a series of awe-inspiring dinosaur fossils came into view, the students felt as though they had travelled back in time to the Cretaceous Period. Afterwards, the students watched the 4D educational film The Great Cretaceous Adventure. With its lifelike visuals and immersive sound effects, they were immersed in the grandeur and mystery of the dinosaur era.

在专业讲解员的带领下，大家首先来到了“山东白垩纪恐龙展”展厅。一具具震撼人心的恐龙化石映入眼帘，同学们仿佛穿越回了白垩纪时代。随后，同学们观看了4D科普影片《白垩纪大冒险》。逼真的画面、震撼的音效，让大家身临其境地感受了恐龙时代的壮丽与神秘。

Through integrated learning activities including guided tours, workbook exercises, and video viewing, the field trip allowed students to gain a wealth of knowledge about paleontology in a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere. After the activity, many parents noted that such hands-on activities integrate education with entertainment, broadening their children’s horizons while sparking their interest in natural sciences.

此次“穿越白垩纪”研学活动，通过“听讲解+做手册+看影片”的立体学习方式，让同学们在轻松愉快的氛围中收获了丰富的古生物知识。活动结束后，家长们纷纷表示，这样的实践活动寓教于乐，既开阔了孩子们的视野，又激发了他们对自然科学的兴趣。
