Boxing: The 168-hour AGC-R mode test for Unit 1 of Guoneng Boxing Company was successfully completed

The world's first 650°C high-efficiency coal-fired power unit, the Huadian Yuhuan Phase IV 1×1060MW expansion project, has officially commenced construction!

Recently, Boxing Company's Unit 1 ultra-supercritical secondary reheating unit successfully completed a 168-hour full-load continuous test in AGC-R mode, becoming the first secondary reheating unit in the province to pass this test. This breakthrough marks a significant achievement in the company's deep peak regulation and intelligent control capabilities, providing strong support for the safe and stable operation of the power grid.

Faced with challenges such as the complex structure and high control precision requirements of the secondary reheat unit, the company formed a technical research team, developed a full-process closed-loop solution, optimized sliding pressure parameters, and closely monitored the unit's operation. During the testing period, the unit maintained stable key parameters across a load range of 27.1% to 100%, achieving industry-leading adjustment rates and response times. This enabled efficient and stable operation under deep peak regulation.
