威海南海：数千只鸬鹚栖居香水河 Thousands of Cormorants Inhabit Xiangshui River

初冬时节，南海新区香水河迎来数千只鸬鹚栖息，为冬日河畔注入盎然生机。

这些特殊的“旅居者”或于水面舒展双翼，或结队潜入水中捕鱼觅食，或腾空盘旋形成壮观云阵，成为南海新区生态环境持续改善的生动注脚。鸬鹚作为大型食鱼游禽，对栖息环境要求严苛。数千只鸬鹚大规模现身香水河实属罕见，引得摄影爱好者用镜头定格下这万鸟翔集的震撼画面。

香水河能成为鸬鹚的“天然乐园”，得益于其得天独厚的生态禀赋。这里水面开阔、水质清澈，丰富的鱼虾资源为候鸟提供了充足食源，形成了良性循环的水生态系统。

In the early winter, the Xiangshui River in the Nanhai New Area welcomed thousands of cormorants, breathing vibrant life into the riverside during the colder months. These special “migratory residents”spread their wings over the water, dove in groups to hunt for fish, or soared into the sky, forming spectacular cloud-like formations. Their presence has become a vivid testament to the continuous improvement of the ecological environment in the Nanhai New Area. Cormorants, as large fish-eating waterfowl, have stringent requirements for their habitat. The appearance of thousands of cormorants in such large numbers at Xiangshui River is a rare sight, attracting photography enthusiasts who captured the breathtaking scene of tens of thousands of birds soaring together.

Xiangshui River has become a “natural paradise”for cormorants thanks to its unique ecological endowments. The river boasts wide waters, clear quality, and abundant fish and shrimp resources, providing ample food sources for migratory birds and fostering a virtuous cycle in the aquatic ecosystem.
