2月24日，农历新年后首个工作日，山东召开“新春第一会”——全省干事创业担当尽责确保“十五五”开好局工作会议。这不仅是节后的收心会，更是山东GDP站上10万亿新台阶后，面向未来五年的誓师大会。

On February 24, the first working day after the Lunar New Year, Shandong convened the Provincial Work Conference on Promoting Entrepreneurship and Responsibility to Ensure a Good Start for the 15th Five-Year Plan, known as the "First Meeting of the New Year."
