Cultural Shandong: Foreign Friends Visit Gaoqing to Experience Greenhouse Picking Fun

On March 7, foreign friend Ayoub and his group from Morocco were invited to Changjiang Community, Tianzhen Subdistrict, Gaoqing County, Zibo. Accompanied by community staff, they entered modern greenhouses growing selenium-enriched agricultural products to observe and experience firsthand the achievements of local rural industrial revitalization. Inside the warm, spring-like greenhouse, clusters of tomatoes hung brightly from the vines, emitting a fresh fruity aroma. They enthusiastically picked the tomatoes themselves, exchanged knowledge on cultivation with local farmers, and sampled the freshly harvested produce. Giving thumbs up, they praised: "They're sweet, juicy, and delicious! We must take some back to share with family and friends so they can also taste the wonderful flavors from Gaoqing." Through this immersive experience, the international visitors personally felt the charm of Gaoqing's ecological agriculture and gained a more intuitive understanding of contemporary rural development in China.
