在莱芜区和庄镇山东正泰电缆有限公司生产车间，只见多条辐照交联生产线正高速运转，通过双进双出工艺精准调控电缆材料分子结构，让产品性能实现了质的提升，智能化生产场景尽显智造实力。

“这款长寿命电缆和平时的电缆看着没有什么区别，也没有什么变化，但是我们在常规电缆单层绝缘的基础上，采用双层绝缘设计，内层绝缘保障电气性能，外层绝缘保障机械性能，双重屏障的设计降低电缆故障风险，且绝缘材料通过辐照方式进行交联，提高了材料的抗老化性能，使之寿命达到与国家住房标准70年一致，安全可靠。”山东正泰电缆有限公司技术经理何永吉说。

"This long-life cable looks no different from ordinary cables and there are no visible changes. However, on the basis of the single-layer insulation of regular cables, we adopted a double-layer insulation design. The inner layer insulation ensures electrical performance, while the outer layer insulation guarantees mechanical performance. The dual barrier design reduces the risk of cable failure. Moreover, the insulation material is cross-linked through irradiation, enhancing the material's anti-aging performance, thus ensuring a lifespan consistent with the national housing standard of 70 years. In 2018, the ZTE Group merged and reorganized with the local enterprise Kehong Cable in Laiwu. Leveraging the financial strength and technical resources of the group, ZTE Cable rapidly carried out factory renovation and upgrading, introduced world-class production lines and domestic leading testing laboratories, continuously expanded its product portfolio, successfully expanding from traditional power cables to photovoltaic cables, charging station cables and other new energy fields. It has cumulatively obtained 8 invention patents and 47 utility model patents, and its core competitiveness has steadily improved.

The local ginger and garlic grown in Laiwu have undergone meticulous processing and have transformed into dehydrated vegetables, compound seasonings, pre-prepared dishes, and other diversified products. These products are sold to the global market through domestic and international channels, fully demonstrating the vitality of the upgrading of specialized agriculture. As a leading agricultural product processing enterprise in Laiwu, Wanxing Food has moved from simple processing to product iteration and upgrading, and has launched multi-flavor compound seasonings, enabling the enterprise to embark on the path of transformation and value enhancement through brand renewal.

A total of 133 industrial projects have been implemented, with an average annual growth rate of industrial investment of 11.8%.
