绿色低碳领域的双向奔赴！荷兰—山东省生态环境产业对话为“荷鲁汇”注入生态底色

4月16日，由荷兰驻华使馆、省政府外办、省生态环境厅、荷兰贸促会青岛代表处联合主办的“荷鲁汇”荷兰—山东省生态环境产业对话在济南成功举行。本次活动聚焦循环经济、废弃物资源化、水管理与环保技术，标志着山东与荷兰在绿色低碳与可持续发展领域的合作迈向新的高度，为产业合作周注入了坚实的“生态底色”。

On April 16, the "Netherlands-Shandong Connect" Netherlands-Shandong Eco-Environmental Industry Dialogue was held in Jinan. The event was jointly organized by the Embassy of the Kingdom of the Netherlands, the Foreign Affairs Office of the Shandong Provincial People's Government, the Shandong Provincial Department of Ecology and Environment, and the Netherlands Business Support Office Qingdao, supported by PiB Waste 2 Resources China. Focusing on circular economy, resource utilization of waste, water management, and environmental protection technologies, the dialogue marked a new milestone in Shandong-Netherlands cooperation in green, low-carbon, and sustainable development, adding a solid "ecological foundation" to the Netherlands-Shandong Industrial Cooperation Week.

企业推介环节，来自Beepro、Dorset多赛环保、NX Filtration纽希菲公司、帕克集团以及Bio-up、Carbotreat、Centritech等多家荷兰知名环保科技企业代表，依次展示了其在有机废弃物处理、水净化膜技术、土壤地下水修复、塑料回收利用等细分领域的前沿技术与成功案例。来自山东省内的环保技术公司、工业园区、水务集团及相关领域的企业代表，与荷方企业进行了密集的“一对一”洽谈。双方围绕具体技术参数、项目可行性、商业模式及市场准入等深入交换意见，在多个领域达成了初步合作与交流意向。

During the business promotion session, representatives from several renowned Dutch environmental technology companies, including Beepro, Dorset Group, NX Filtration, Paques, Bio-up, Carbotreat, and Centritech, presented their cutting-edge technologies and successful cases in fields such as organic waste treatment, membrane technology for water purification, soil and groundwater remediation, and plastic recycling. Representatives from environmental technology companies of Shandong Province, including those from industrial parks, water utilities, and related sectors, engaged in one-on-one matchmaking discussions with their Dutch counterparts. The two sides exchanged in-depth views on technical specifications, project feasibility, business models, and market access, reaching preliminary cooperation and exchange intentions in multiple areas.

本次“荷鲁汇”生态环境产业对话，是“荷兰—山东产业合作周”系列活动的关键组成部分，与先前举办的设施农业对话形成了“从绿色农业到绿色环境”的有机衔接与深度呼应。活动不仅延续了“政府搭台、产业对接、机制化推进”的成功模式，更将鲁荷合作从农业生产领域扩展至生态环境治理的广阔空间，体现了双方合作关系的全面性与战略性。

The "Netherlands-Shandong Connect" Netherlands-Shandong Eco-Environmental Industry Dialogue serves as a key component of the "Netherlands-Shandong Industrial Cooperation Week". Together with the previously held Horticulture Industry Dialogue, it forms a coherent progression from green agriculture to a green environment. The event continued the successful model of "government platform-building, enterprise matchmaking, and institutionalized promotion" but also expanded Shandong-Netherlands cooperation from agricultural production to ecological and environmental governance, reflecting the comprehensive and strategic nature of the bilateral partnership.

“荷鲁汇”产业合作对话是山东省与荷兰方面共同打造的高端产业合作平台，旨在围绕双方优势产业，通过对话、对接、考察等多种形式，推动务实项目合作。

"Netherlands-Shandong Connect" is a high-end industrial cooperation platform jointly established by Shandong Province and the Netherlands. It aims to focus on the advantageous industries of both sides, facilitating practical project cooperation through dialogues, matchmaking events, site visits, and other forms of engagement.
