外国友人走进阳信 感受文明实践新风采

2026 年 4 月 2 日，一场友好城市文化交流活动在阳信县新时代文明实践中心顺利开展，活动邀请了来自法国的郭俊雅(Je suis Eloise)以及韩国的郑㥠允(foon)、权渼笑(KWONSEBEEN)等五位留学生走进实践中心，沉浸式感受阳信新时代文明建设的独特魅力与文化活力。

阳信县新时代文明实践中心位于阳城六路与河东三路交叉口东北 120 米，总占地 1650 平方米，与县文化中心一体规划建设，打造理响阳信、合美阳信等核心篇章，设有张大石头工作室、航空体验中心、文化书院等特色功能区，是凝聚群众、以文化人的重要平台。

在讲解员的引导下，外国友人们依次参观各功能区域。在文化展示区，她们认真观看阳信城市发展、文明创建、群众文化活动等图文与影像资料，直观了解当地风土人情与文明建设成果。在便民服务区域，友人们细致查看服务流程与功能设置，感受阵地为群众办实事、解难题的务实举措。在休闲活动区域，整洁的场地、多样的设施，让她们看到当地群众丰富充实的精神文化生活。

参观过程中，友人们不时驻足交流、拍照记录。她们表示，这里将文化、科技与生活有机融合，设施完善、活动丰富，充分展现中国基层文化建设的活力与温度，令人印象深刻。

此次参观为中外文化交流搭建了友好桥梁。阳信县委宣传部表示，将继续以新时代文明实践阵地为依托，开展更多中外文化交流活动，让更多外国友人感受阳信文明新风与文化魅力，推动中外文化交流互鉴走深走实。

Foreign Friends Visit Yangxin to Experience the New Trends in Civilization Practice

On April 2, 2026, a friendly city cultural exchange activity was successfully held at the Yangxin County New Era Civilization Practice Center. The event invited five international students, including Guo Junya (Je suis Eloise) from France, as well as Jeong Seo-yoon (foon) and Kwon Mi-so (KWONSEBEEN) from South Korea, to visit the center and immerse themselves in the unique charm and cultural vitality of Yangxin’s efforts in building a new era of civilization.

The Yangxin County New Era Civilization Practice Center is located about 120 meters northeast of the intersection of Yangcheng 6th Road and Hedong 3rd Road. It covers a total area of 1,650 square meters and was planned and constructed together with the county cultural center. Featuring core sections such as “Ideal Yangxin” and “Harmonious Yangxin,” it includes distinctive functional areas like the Zhang Dashitou Studio, an aviation experience center, and a cultural academy. It serves as an important platform for bringing people together and nurturing them through culture.

Guided by a docent, the foreign visitors toured the various functional areas one by one. In the cultural exhibition zone, they carefully viewed images, texts, and video materials showcasing Yangxin’s urban development, civilization initiatives, and public cultural activities, gaining an intuitive understanding of the local customs and achievements in cultural development. In the public service area, they closely examined service procedures and functional setups, experiencing the center’s practical efforts in serving the public and addressing real needs. In the leisure and activity area, the clean environment and diverse facilities demonstrated the rich and fulfilling spiritual and cultural life of local residents.

During the visit, the guests frequently paused to exchange ideas and take photos. They remarked that the center effectively integrates culture, technology, and daily life, with well-equipped facilities and diverse activities, fully showcasing the vitality and warmth of grassroots cultural development in China, which left a deep impression on them.

This visit built a friendly bridge for cultural exchange between China and other countries. The Publicity Department of the Yangxin County Committee stated that it will continue to rely on New Era Civilization Practice centers to carry out more international cultural exchange activities, allowing more foreign friends to experience Yangxin’s new cultural trends and unique charm, and promoting deeper and more substantive mutual learning between Chinese and foreign cultures.
