首期“我在山东当‘村官’”活动在枣庄启动

4月28日，首期“我在山东当‘村官’”活动启动仪式在枣庄举行。省委外办副主任杨怀广、枣庄市人大常委会副主任艾百灵出席仪式，“村官”非洲代表、济南大学喀麦隆籍副教授王果果（KOUADJO TCHEKWAGEP JEAN JACQUES）全程参与活动。

On April 28, the inauguration of the first phase of the "I Serve as a Village Official in Shandong" event was launched in Zaozhuang. Yang Huaiguang, Deputy Director of the Foreign Affairs Office of the People's Government of Shandong Province, and Ai Bailing, Deputy Director of the Standing Committee of the Zaozhuang Municipal People's Congress, attended the ceremony. The African representative Kouadjo Tchekwagep Jean Jacques, an associate professor from Cameroon at the University of Jinan,  participated in the event.

杨怀广表示，村庄和社区是基层治理的“最后一公里”，也是中非民心相通的前沿阵地。本次活动邀请非洲友人深入枣庄乡村与社区一线，沉浸式体验基层工作，既是鲁非基层治理经验互学互鉴，也以基层交流拉近民心距离、厚植民间友谊。枣庄在基层治理、乡村振兴、民生改善等方面形成了可复制、可推广的实践经验，将为鲁非交流提供生动样本。

Yang noted that villages and communities represent the "last kilometer" of grassroots governance and serve as a frontline for people-to-people connectivity between China and Africa. By inviting African friends to participate in the grassroots work of villages and communities in Zaozhuang, this event not only facilitates mutual learning on governance experiences between Shandong and Africa but also brings hearts closer and strengthens people-to-people friendship through grassroots exchanges. Zaozhuang has developed replicable and scalable practices in grassroots governance, rural revitalization, and livelihood improvement, which will serve as vivid models for Shandong-Africa exchanges.

王果果在致辞中提到，他在山东学习工作生活十余年，见证了城乡快速发展，一直希望深入了解基层治理经验。他表示，基层治理经验没有国界，中非都高度重视乡村发展与民生改善，本次活动为双方交流互鉴搭建了重要平台。他将认真体验、如实记录，把山东基层治理的真实情况分享给非洲同胞，做中非友好的使者、治理经验交流的桥梁。

Jacques said he has lived, studied, and worked in Shandong Province for over a decade, witnessing rapid urban and rural development. He has long hoped to gain an in-depth understanding of grassroots governance experience. He emphasized that good governance practices have no borders, and both China and Africa place great importance on rural development and the improvement of people's livelihoods. This event provides an important platform for mutual exchange and learning. He pledged to engage in the experience and document it, and share the stories of grassroots governance in Shandong with his African compatriots, serving as an envoy of China-Africa friendship and a bridge for exchanging governance experience.

2026年是“中非人文交流年”，也是中非开启外交关系70周年。本次活动是“中非善治地方行系列活动之鲁非善治对话”的重要配套预热活动，得到全国对外友协及鲁非各界广泛关注与支持。活动以基层善治交流为小切口，推动中非命运共同体、全球治理倡议理念在基层一线落地践行，促进鲁非理念交流、民心相通，为共筑新时代全天候中非命运共同体贡献山东力量。

The year 2026 marks the China-Africa Year of People-to-People Exchanges, as well as the 70th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and African countries. This event is an important supporting preheating activity of the "2026 Dialogue on Good Governance for the Global South: Shandong-Africa Good Governance Dialogue". It has received broad attention and support from the Chinese People’s Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries as well as various sectors in Shandong and Africa. Focusing on grassroots good governance as a point of entry, the event promotes the implementation of the China-Africa Community with a Shared Future and the vision of the Global Governance Initiative at the grassroots level, fosters Shandong-Africa idea exchanges and people-to-people connectivity, and contributes Shandong's strength to building an all-weather China-Africa community with a shared future for the new era.
