“我们每个产品上都有一个唯一的二维码，通过这个二维码可以追溯到产品的全生产过程。车间每天生产5000多件产品，每一件都能查到具体生产时间、检测结果等信息，实现全过程可追溯。哪怕十年以后，客户只要提出查询，我们依然能查到这个产品当时的质量状况，充分保证产品质量稳定，也给客户带来极大的信任。”山东汇金股份有限公司智能化车间主任张正波说。

汽车差速器作为汽车变速箱的核心零部件，其质量直接关系车辆行驶的稳定性与舒适性。为守住品质底线，企业不仅建立全流程追溯体系，更在生产环节实现全维度质量管控。每条生产线均设置在线测量，针对产品11项关键尺寸进行100%自动检测，所有检测数据实时录入系统存储。

山东汇金股份有限公司智能化车间主任张正波告诉记者，整个自动线生产生产线中有自动测量机，每个产品100%的测量，能制关键尺寸都有，保证了客户在收到产品都是合格的。

除了在线检测之外，企业还设立专业三坐标测量室，使用高端精密测量仪器，对产品进行更加全面、精准的抽检复核，进一步筑牢质量防线。

On each of our products, there is a unique QR code. Through this QR code, the entire production process of the product can be traced. The workshop produces over 5,000 products every day, and for each product, the specific production time, test results, and other information can be found, achieving full traceability throughout the process. Even ten years later, if a customer requests a query, we can still find out the quality status of this product at that time, fully ensuring the stability of product quality and bringing great trust to the customers. Each production line is equipped with online measurement equipment, which conducts 100% automatic detection of 11 key dimensions of the products. All the detection data are promptly entered into the system for storage.

Zhang Zhengbo, the director of the intelligent workshop of Shandong Hujin Co., Ltd., said that there are automatic measuring machines on the entire automatic production line. Every product is measured 100%, and all key dimensions are available, ensuring that the products received by customers are all qualified.

In addition to online inspections, the enterprise has also established a professional three-coordinate measurement room, using high-end precision measuring instruments to conduct more comprehensive and accurate re-inspections of the products, further strengthening the quality defense line.
