风连五洲·四海筝鸣丨德国酷大爷“和平”：我在潍坊放风筝 “钓天使”

在风筝会现场，一位来自德国的风筝爱好者格外引人注目。他中文名叫 “和平”，本名汉斯・彼得，今年虽已年过半百，却仍是柏林自由大学中文系的一名 “大学生”。

汉斯坚持每年来到潍坊参加风筝节。他坦言，潍坊干净现代又充满历史底蕴，深厚的风筝文化让他深深着迷。

多年来，汉斯始终致力于中外文化交流。他不仅在欧洲最大的风筝节上设立展位推介中国风筝，还四处寻访文化遗产，向外国朋友讲述中国故事。事实上，他还担任国际风筝联合会副主席一职。一句“我放风筝是在钓天使”，道尽他对风筝与生活的热爱。

从柏林到潍坊，从汉语学习到文化传播，这位自称 “很酷” 的德国老人，正用一只小小的风筝，搭建起中外友谊与文化互鉴的桥梁。

At the Kite Festival, a German kite enthusiast has attracted wide attention. His Chinese name is "Heping", and his real name is Hans Peter. Though well over fifty, he is still a "university student" majoring in Chinese at Freie Universität Berlin.

Hans comes to Weifang to take part in the Kite Festival every year. He said that Weifang is clean, modern and full of historical heritage, and its profound kite culture has deeply fascinated him.

Over the years, Hans has been committed to cultural exchanges between China and the rest of the world. He not only set up a booth at the largest European kite festival to promote Chinese kites, but also visited cultural heritage sites everywhere to share stories of China with foreign friends. In fact, he also serves as Vice President of the International Kite Federation. His quote "I’m fishing for angels by flying kites" fully shows his love for kites and life.

From Berlin to Weifang, from learning Chinese to spreading culture, this German man who calls himself "really cool" is building a bridge of friendship and mutual cultural understanding between China and the world with a small kite.
