走进位于济南莱芜高新区的中国重汽莱芜工厂总装车间,机械臂挥舞,每5分钟就有一辆重型卡车下线。在力创科技股份有限公司的实验室内,工程师尚念成正对一款超声波测量芯片进行最后测试。而在莱芜高新技术创业服务中心,山东盛博莱电力工程有限公司的团队正忙着对接海外订单;曾经在此孵化的辰陇生物,如今已搬入独立厂房,即将投产高端宠物烘焙粮。这些场景,正是莱芜高新区从传统产业集聚地向新质生产力策源地蝶变的清晰路径。

在力创科技实验室,研发总工冯胜利介绍说,这款“中国芯”年销量已达400万片,累计为下游企业节约外汇数十亿元。在莱芜高新区,这样追求“高精尖”的企业并非孤例。山东朗进科技的实验室里,工程师们正对一套“矢量控制算法”进行迭代测试。作为轨道交通车辆空调控制系统领域的“隐形冠军”,其自主研发的变频控制技术使空调系统节能效率提升30%以上。这套“莱芜智造”已搭载在全国数百个城市的地铁和高铁上,并正向储能电站、新能源汽车等新赛道延伸——一项核心算法,撬动了多个千亿级市场。

曾经在莱芜高新区高创中心孵化的辰陇生物,依托金铸基药业多年兽药研发底蕴,瞄准了高端功能性宠物食品这片蓝海。该公司总经理侯云峰介绍,凭借对宠物生理病理的深入研究,他们将制药工艺引入食品生产,推出的美毛、护肠等功能性粮实现了精准调理。今年4月底投产后,仅宠物食品板块年营收即可过亿元。

从传统兽药到宠物经济,从智能制造到低碳节能,莱芜高新区的产业版图正在发生深刻裂变。汽车、现代医药、电子信息三大主导产业互为支撑,衍生出智慧水务、异宠粮、碳计量等新业态,形成了“老树发新枝、新树扎深根”的生动局面。

数据印证了这场蝶变的力度。2025年,莱芜高新区规上工业总产值同比增长5.6%,科技创新梯队持续扩容:全年入库科技型中小企业数量同比增长14%,企业有效发明专利拥有量同比增长15%,5家企业被认定为山东省首台(套)生产企业,13家企业获评省年度数字经济“晨星工厂”,22家企业新增为“专精特新”中小企业。

In the Li Chuang Technology Laboratory, the chief researcher Feng Shengliang introduced that the annual sales volume of this "Chinese chip" has reached 4 million pieces, and it has saved tens of billions of US dollars in foreign exchange for downstream enterprises. In the Laiwu High-tech Zone, such enterprises pursuing "high-end, precision and cutting-edge" are not an isolated case. In the laboratory of Shandong Langjin Technology, engineers are conducting iterative tests on a "vector control algorithm". As a "hidden champion" in the field of air conditioning control systems for rail transit vehicles, its independently developed variable frequency control technology has increased the energy-saving efficiency of the air conditioning system by more than 30%. This "Laiwu Made" technology has been installed on hundreds of cities' subways and high-speed railways across the country and is extending to new fields such as energy storage stations and new energy vehicles - a core algorithm has driven multiple trillion-dollar markets.

Chenlong Biotechnology, which was once incubated in the Gaochuang Center of Laiwu High-tech Zone, drew on the long-standing experience in veterinary drug research of Jinzhuiji Pharmaceutical Company and targeted the high-end functional pet food market. The general manager of the company, Hou Yunfeng, introduced that by conducting in-depth research on the physiology and pathology of pets, they introduced pharmaceutical production processes into food production, and the launched functional foods with functions such as hair care and intestinal protection achieved precise regulation. After it started production at the end of April this year, the revenue from the pet food segment alone could exceed 100 million yuan annually.

From traditional veterinary medicine to the pet economy, from intelligent manufacturing to low-carbon and energy-saving, the industrial landscape of Laiwu High-tech Zone is undergoing a profound transformation. The three leading industries - automobiles, modern medicine, and information technology - support each other, giving rise to new business forms such as smart water management, exotic pet food, and carbon measurement, creating a vivid scene of "old trees sprouting new branches and new trees taking deep roots".

The data confirms the magnitude of this transformation. In 2025, the total industrial output value of the Laiwu High-tech Zone increased by 5.6% year-on-year. The scientific and technological innovation team continued to expand: the number of technology-based small and medium-sized enterprises registered throughout the year increased by 14%, the number of valid invention patents owned by enterprises increased by 15%, 5 enterprises were recognized as the first batch of "single-piece products" producers in Shandong Province, 13 enterprises were rated as "morning star factories" in the annual digital economy of the province, and 22 enterprises were newly classified as "specialized, refined, distinctive and innovative" small and medium-sized enterprises.
