As the fourth Haiyou Talent Festival draws near, Jinan, capital of Shandong province, once again rolls out the city's highest honors to sincerely invite outstanding talents worldwide.

以城为礼：人才节成为城市名片

自2023年首届“海右人才节”举办以来，这一节日早已超越节日范畴，成为济南的一张崭新城市名片。本届人才节将于6月12日“海右人才日”启幕，精心策划6大类46场活动。

Launched back in 2023 as the inaugural Haiyou Talent Festival, the event has evolved into a signature urban brand of Jinan. This year's festival will kick off on June 12, designated as Haiyou Talent Day, featuring 46 activities across six categories.

真金白银：用政策读懂年轻人

从“引人才”到“懂人才”，济南正用真金白银的诚意与无微不至的温情，给予人才实实在在的支持。

Shifting its focus from talent recruitment to tailored care for talents, Jinan delivers substantial and heartfelt support.

2026版人才政策“双30条”更“懂”年轻人，面向“专精特新”民营企业硕博人才推出普惠性支持。毕业5年内入职的博士、硕士，购房补贴提高至25万元和15万元；毕业5至10年人才，也可享受专项补贴。

The 2026 revised "Double 30 Talent Policies" offer more youth-oriented incentives and roll out inclusive benefits for PhD and master's talents working in specialized, refined, distinctive and innovative SMEs. For graduates within five years of graduation, housing subsidies have been increased to 250,000 yuan ($36,917) for PhD holders and 150,000 yuan for master's graduates. Graduates with 5 to 10 years post-graduation experience are also eligible for special supplementary subsidies.

以诚待人才：让多元人才被看见

在济南，人才的评价标准正在被重新定义。

In Jinan, the criteria for evaluating talents are being redefined.

青年创业者、小店经营者也被纳入济南人才认定体系，航空航天、人工智能、创意经济等领域人才也纳入全市人才分类认定体系。

Young entrepreneurs and micro-business operators have been incorporated into Jinan’s talent accreditation system, alongside specialists in aerospace, artificial intelligence, creative industries and other sectors.
