The training class on the construction of vocational education system and the cultivation of mining talents organized by the Ministry of Commerce visited and exchanged experiences at Laiwu Vocational and Technical College in Guinea.

近日，商务部国际商务官员研修学院几内亚职业教育体系建设与矿业人才培养研修班到莱芜职业技术学院考察交流。座谈会上，双方进行互动交流与经验分享，进一步加深了在职业教育领域的相互了解。几内亚高等教育与科研部科纳克里大学副校长穆罕默德·安苏马内·卡马拉代表全体学员发言，他表示，几内亚高校始终以培养社会急需的高技能人才为己任，目前已有大批优秀毕业生进入工作岗位，为国家发展贡献力量。

活动期间，几内亚职业教育体系建设与矿业人才培养研修班一行先后到莱芜职业技术学院智能制造系机械工程实训中心与虚仿中心、药品与食品系和文物与艺术系参观，实地考察学院专业建设、实训教学及产教融合成效，在互动交流中探寻职业教育发展新经验。

研修班一行还前往莱芜职业技术学院重点合作企业——中国重汽集团济南卡车有限公司和学院对点帮扶村莱芜区雪野街道王老村进行参观。此次活动不仅为中国与几内亚的职业教育搭建了直接交流的桥梁，更生动诠释了“技能改变命运、教育联通民心”的深刻内涵。双方表示，未来将以此次活动为契机凝聚合作共识，推动资源共享与标准互认，携手推动中几职业教育合作迈上新台阶。

Recently, the training class on vocational education system construction and mining talent cultivation of the International Business Officials Training Institute of the Ministry of Commerce visited Laiwu Vocational and Technical College for an inspection and exchange. At the meeting, both sides engaged in interactive communication and shared experiences, further deepening mutual understanding in the field of vocational education. The vice president of the Higher Education and Research Department of the University of Conakry, Mohamed Ansoumane Kamara, on behalf of all the students, delivered a speech. He stated that the universities in Guinea have always been committed to cultivating highly skilled talents urgently needed by society. At present, a large number of outstanding graduates have entered the workforce and are contributing to the development of the country.

During the event, a delegation from the Guinea Vocational Education System Construction and Mining Talent Training Workshop visited the Intelligent Manufacturing Department of Laiwu Vocational and Technical College, including the Mechanical Engineering Training Center and Virtual Simulation Center, the Pharmacy and Food Department, and the Cultural Relics and Art Department. They conducted on-site investigations to observe the professional development, practical training teaching, and the effectiveness of industry-academia integration of the college. Through interactive exchanges, they sought new experiences in the development of vocational education.

The participants of the training course also visited the key cooperative enterprise of the Luai Vocational College - China Shouji Group Jinan Truck Co., Ltd., and the village that the college is providing targeted assistance to in Luai District, Xiaoye Street, Wanglao Village. This event not only built a direct communication bridge for vocational education between China and Guinea, but also vividly interpreted the profound meaning of "skills change destiny and education connects the hearts of the people". Both sides stated that they will use this event as an opportunity to reach consensus on cooperation, promote resource sharing and mutual recognition of standards, and jointly promote the cooperation in vocational education between China and Guinea to reach a new level.
