深入县域挖掘出海故事，“云话山东”系列外宣活动第七期在威海启动 The seventh session of the “Shandong Unveiled” promotional activities kicked off in Weihai

6月23日，“云话山东”系列外宣活动第七期“聚力经济外事 赋能基层发展”专题宣传活动启动仪式在威海乳山市举行。

此次活动由省委外办联合省委宣传部、省委网信办、省商务厅、省侨联共同主办，从6月持续至11月，首站落地威海乳山，以“外事赋能、服务下沉、精准传播”为主线，推动各类涉外资源下沉县域，优化涉外营商环境、畅通内外双向经贸渠道。活动采用“1+1+1”深度采访模式，组织各级媒体深入县域一线，挖掘基层外事服务、本土企业出海、外资企业扎根山东典型案例，依托全媒体联动、政企媒协同、省市县贯通传播矩阵，做强“经济外事”品牌，为全省高水平对外开放营造浓厚舆论氛围。

“云话山东”作为省委外办精心打造的机制化、品牌化外宣活动，已连续成功举办六期，成为讲好山东故事、传播山东声音、展示山东形象的国际化交流展示平台。威海将以此次活动为契机，进一步发挥独特优势，深化与“一带一路”国家和地区的交流合作，讲好威海对外交流的精彩故事，为打造高能级开放平台、建设新时代社会主义现代化强省贡献威海力量。

On June 23, the launch ceremony for the seventh session of the “Shandong Unveiled” promotional activities “Pool Strength for Economic Foreign Affairs and Empower Grassroots Development,” was held in Rushan, Weihai.

Led by the Office of the Foreign Affairs Committee of the CPC Shandong Provincial Committee, this event is co-hosted by the Publicity Department of the CPC Shandong Provincial Committee, the Cyberspace Affairs Office of the Shandong Provincial Committee, the Department of Commerce of Shandong Province and the Shandong Federation of Returned Overseas Chinese.

From June to November, this event, with its first stop in Rushan, Weihai, focuses on “Empowering Development via Foreign Affairs, Services to Grassroots, and Conducting Targeted Communication”. It drives the delivery of all types of foreign-related resources to county-level regions, improves the foreign-oriented business environment and unblocks both domestic and foreign economic and trade channels.

Adopting an in-depth interview model of “1+1+1”, the event takes media deep into the county and explores cases related to grassroots foreign affairs services, local enterprises venturing overseas, and foreign-invested enterprises taking root in Shandong.

This event relies on the communication matrix featuring all-media linkage, government-enterprise-media coordination, and provincial-municipal-county integration to bolster the brand of “economic foreign affairs”, fostering a sound public opinion atmosphere for high-standard opening-up in Shandong.

As a systematic and branded external publicity initiative developed by the Office of the Foreign Affairs Committee of the CPC Shandong Provincial Committee, “Shandong Unveiled” promotional activities have successfully held six consecutive sessions. It has become an international platform for sharing Shandong’s stories, spreading Shandong’s voice, and showcasing Shandong’s image.

Weihai will use this event as an opportunity to further leverage its unique strengths. It will deepen exchanges and cooperation with countries and regions along the “Belt and Road”, tell Weihai’s remarkable stories of international exchanges, and contribute its strength to building high-level opening-up platforms and a strong modern socialist province in the new era.
