The food festival marks an elite strategic collaboration with Meiyuan Restaurant of Jinling Hotel, a nationally acknowledged benchmark restaurant for Huaiyang cuisine with dual authoritative recognitions from the One-Diamond Black Pearl and the Michelin Guide. Drawing on its well-established dish portfolio and top culinary expertise, the partnership tears down geographical and cross-border barriers in gastronomy. Local diners in Jinan can savor authentic high-end Jinling-style Huaiyang cuisine all under one roof without traveling to Nanjing. Meanwhile, foreign nationals residing in Jinan are offered a premium opportunity to experience China’s renowned "Finest Delicacies of Southeast China" in person.
