鲁企承建的巴尔干传奇地标塔拉河大桥修缮项目，已进入最后攻坚期

“可惜，真是一座好桥。”这句出自前南斯拉夫经典电影《桥》的台词，曾感动无数观众。20世纪70年代，电影风靡全球，也让塔拉河大桥这座“英雄之桥”被世界熟知。如今，这座桥即将迎来新生。

"What a pity. It was a beautiful bridge."This line comes from the iconic Yugoslav film The Bridge, which touched audiences across generations. The movie became a global hit in the 1970s, bringing the Tara River Bridge — known as the "Hero Bridge" — to worldwide attention. Today, the structure is set for a new chapter.

塔拉河大桥建于1937至1940年间，全长366米，是当时欧洲最大的公路混凝土拱桥，见证了二战期间南斯拉夫游击队英勇抗敌的历史。1942年，为阻断德军推进，当地游击队忍痛炸毁大桥；1946年，大桥在战后重建；20世纪80年代，当地有关部门针对大桥存在的混凝土结构耐久性病害，实施维修处治。然而，岁月侵蚀未止，桥梁病害日益显现。

Constructed between 1937 and 1940, the Tara River Bridge stretches 366 meters. At the time of its completion, it stood as Europe’s largest concrete arch road bridge and bore witness to the resistance fought by Yugoslav partisans during World War II. In 1942, local partisans made the difficult decision to blow up the bridge to halt the advance of German forces. Reconstruction work wrapped up in 1946. In the 1980s, authorities carried out repairs to address durability issues in the concrete structure. Still, time continued to take its toll, and structural deterioration persisted.

For residents of Montenegro, the Tara River Bridge serves not only as a transport link but also as a symbol of national identity.

2016年8月，黑山政府正式致函中国驻黑山使馆，请求中方以援外资金支持黑山塔拉河大桥维修项目；2020年12月，中黑双方政府签署援黑山塔拉河大桥维修项目实施协议；2024年12月，来自中国的山东高速路桥集团股份有限公司成功中标，承担该项目工程总承包任务；2025年7月10日，项目正式开工。这不仅是中国企业在黑山首个援外成套施工项目，更是共建“一带一路”倡议下中黑合作迈向纵深的标志性工程。

In August 2016, the Montenegrin government sent an official letter to the Chinese Embassy in Montenegro, requesting Chinese grant funding for rehabilitation works on the Tara River Bridge. In December 2020, the governments of Montenegro and China signed an agreement to implement the bridge rehabilitation project. Shandong Hi-Speed Road & Bridge Co., Ltd., a Chinese firm, won the general construction tender in December 2024 and took charge of the project. Construction officially commenced on 10 July 2025. This marks the first complete Chinese aid construction project delivered by a Chinese enterprise in Montenegro, and represents a milestone for deepening bilateral cooperation under the Belt and Road Initiative.

塔拉河大桥维修项目，涵盖大桥的病害修复、两岸接线道路的改造、交通安全设施的完善以及停车场的设置等内容。

The rehabilitation project includes structural remediation of the bridge, upgrades of approach roads on both banks, improvements to traffic safety installations, and construction of parking facilities.

目前，项目各项工程建设总体推进顺利，各项主体工程基本完成，已进入收尾冲刺阶段，剩余工作主要集中在路面沥青中、上面层施工，桥梁附属设施、照明灯具安装及部分交通安全设施等，为后续桥梁开放交通创造了良好条件。

At present, construction of all works under the bridge project is advancing steadily. Major works have been substantially completed, and the project has entered its final push phase. Outstanding works primarily encompass paving of the intermediate and surface asphalt courses, installation of bridge appurtenances, lighting fixtures and partial traffic safety facilities, paving the way for the subsequent opening of the bridge to traffic.
