山东阳信：云端相约实践阵地，中法共品文化韵味

2026年10月13日，一场中法友好学校文化交流活动在阳信县新时代文明实践中心顺利开展，活动由阳信县委宣传部组织，邀请了法国雷恩大学Melwyn（梅尔文）、Goulven（古尔文）、Fatima（法蒂玛）、Aurewenn（奥雷文）等十名外国学子，通过线上镜头，沉浸式探访实践中心，感受阳信新时代文明建设的独特魅力与文化活力。

阳信县新时代文明实践中心位于阳城六路与河东三路交叉口东北120米，占地1650平方米，以“凝聚群众、引导群众，以文化人、成风化俗”为宗旨，聚焦五大重点工作，打造“理响阳信、合美阳信、德暖阳信、文润阳信”特色品牌，设有文化书院、文明实践大讲堂等功能区，是集思想引领、文化传承、志愿服务、研学体验于一体的综合性主阵地。

云端探访中，讲解员带领法国学子依次“云打卡”各功能区：在张大石头工作室，介绍阳信籍艺术名家的书画创作与文化传承故事，笔墨间的中华美学让法国学子赞叹不已；文化书院中，传统典籍与文化体验活动，让大家感受中华优秀传统文化的深厚底蕴。讲解员还介绍了中心的志愿服务模式与移风易俗实践，展现阳信以文明实践涵养社会新风的生动实践。梅尔文感慨道：“这里将文化、科技与生活融合得特别好，让我们看到了中国基层文化建设的独特魅力。

本次活动搭建起中法青年文明互鉴的交流桥梁，让海外青年直观了解阳信基层精神文明建设成果。阳信县委宣传部表示，将持续依托新时代文明实践阵地，推出更多国际文化交流活动，吸引外国友人感受基层文明新风，推动中法文化交融互鉴。

Shandong’s Yangxin: Connecting Online, Exploring Culture Together — A China-France Exchange

On October 13, 2026, a cultural exchange between partner schools took place at the Yangxin County New Era Civilization Practice Center. French students from the University of Rennes, including Melwyn, Goulven, Fatima, and Aurewenn, were invited to explore the center virtually and experience the unique charm and cultural vitality of Yangxin’s efforts to promote cultural and ethical development in the new era.

Located 120 meters northeast of the intersection of Yangcheng 6th Road and Hedong 3rd Road, the Yangxin County New Era Civilization Practice Center covers an area of 1,650 square meters. Guided by the mission of “uniting and guiding the public, fostering people through culture, and promoting positive customs,” it focuses on five key areas and has developed distinctive brands, including “Ideas Flourish in Yangxin,” “Harmony in Yangxin,” “Virtue Warms Yangxin,” and “Culture Enriches Yangxin.” The center includes spaces such as a cultural academy and a lecture hall for civilization initiatives. It serves as a comprehensive hub integrating ideological guidance, cultural heritage, volunteer services, and educational experiences.

During the virtual visit, a guide took the French students on an online tour of the center’s various functional areas. At Zhang Dashitou’s studio, the guide introduced the calligraphy and painting of celebrated artists from Yangxin, along with stories of cultural heritage. The beauty of Chinese aesthetics expressed through brush and ink greatly impressed the French students. In the cultural academy, traditional classics and cultural activities allowed them to appreciate the profound heritage of China’s fine traditional culture. The guide also explained the center’s volunteer service model and its efforts to promote positive social customs, showing how civilization initiatives in Yangxin help foster a new social ethos. Melwyn remarked, “This place does a wonderful job of bringing culture, technology, and everyday life together. It has given us a unique insight into cultural development at the grassroots level in China.”

This activity built a bridge for mutual learning and exchange between young people in China and France, giving overseas students a direct understanding of Yangxin’s achievements in grassroots cultural and ethical development. The Publicity Department of the Yangxin County Committee said it would continue to make use of New Era Civilization Practice centers to organize more international cultural exchange activities, welcome foreign friends to experience the positive changes in local communities, and promote mutual understanding and cultural exchange between China and France.
