让安全意识成为青春的底色：山东政法学院打造“有温度”的安全教育品牌

安全，是一个学校发展的生命线，是每个学生背后家庭幸福的压舱石。在追求高质量发展的今天，“生命至上、安全第一”不只是一句口号，更需要扎实落地的行动。其中，安全培训与安全教育如同鸟之双翼、车之两轮，缺一不可。近年来，山东政法学院坚持把安全教育当作一门“育人课”来上，坚持课程化、阵地化、实战化、靶向化一体推进，推动安全知识从“说教”变成习惯，安全意识从“要求”化为自觉，让安全意识成为每一名大学生成长的底色。

学院把大学生安全教育作为落实立德树人根本任务的重要载体，坚持紧跟时代发展和学生实际动态修订课程内容，及时融入新风险、新案例，让课程始终保持“鲜活”。充分打造安全宣传矩阵效应，依托各类平台，倾力打造“平安山政”微信公众号、安全监管部门网站、平安山政简报、警情通报、安全工作提醒等多元化安全宣传阵地，依托微信群、QQ群直达班级、直达宿舍，把安全提醒送到学生“掌上”。

坚持全员化、整楼宇开展消防安全培训和应急疏散演练，覆盖全体在校师生及物业安保队伍、外包服务单位从业人员，让每名师生都知道“火情发生第一步做什么”。常态化组织防暴演练、校门防冲撞演练，制定《山东政法学院保卫处紧急情况处置方案》，依案演练、以练促战，建立“黄金30分钟”应急处置机制，绘制安全事件处置流程图，确保突发情况第一时间响应、快速有序处置。

针对电信网络诈骗高发多发态势，学校坚持靶向施策、精准滴灌，联合公安部门、金融机构常态化开展“开学反诈第一课”、防非反诈、打击治理跨境赌博校园宣讲等活动，用真实案例以案释法，帮助学生识破骗局、守好“钱袋子”。建立覆盖班级、宿舍的四级反诈队伍体系，把反诈宣传延伸至学生身边，鼓励学生把反诈知识“讲给别人听”，在宣传他人中强化自身防范。

安全教育的最高境界，是让每名学生都成为自己安全的第一责任人。近年来，学校在山东省首届大学生消防安全技能大赛中荣获集体三等奖，安全育人经验做法被中国教育在线、中国青年报等媒体刊发推广，安全教育质效和温度不断提升，安全逐渐成为校园最鲜明的育人底色，备受师生和家长的积极认可和广泛赞誉。

Safety underpins a university's development and safeguards every student. In recent years, Shandong University of Political Science and Law has made safety education a core component of talent cultivation, advancing it through formal curriculum delivery, immersive on-campus outreach, hands-on emergency drills, and targeted risk prevention. The initiative has helped safety knowledge move from rote memorization in the classroom into daily habits, and has shifted safety awareness from externally imposed rules to an internalized commitment—embedding safety consciousness in the growth journey of young students.

First, the university incorporates safety education into formal courses, teaching materials, and credit systems. Second, it builds diversified campus platforms to make safety information readily accessible to all. Third, practical emergency training helps students master response skills until they become second nature. Fourth, targeted anti-fraud campaigns equip students with robust protection against telecom and online scams.

The ultimate goal of safety education is to empower every student to take primary responsibility for their own safety. The university won the third prize in the team category at Shandong’s First University Student Fire Safety Skills Competition. Its safety education practices have been featured and promoted by mainstream media. With steadily improved quality and a caring approach, safety education has become a hallmark of the university’s educational work, winning wide recognition and praise from faculty, students, and parents.
