Luan Hongyun, a new-farmer from Weifang: Taking Shouguang’s Greenhouse Technology Across the Country

来自潍坊寿光的栾宏运，是一名土生土长的“农三代”。爷爷一辈就从事大棚种植，他从小跟着父亲泡在田间大棚，与农业结下深厚感情，如今深耕新型设施农业。

针对传统联动棚保温差、抗风弱的痛点，他带领团队自主研发新型抗风联动保温大棚。通过多层防寒结构、倾斜卸风设计，大棚可抵御11‑12级大风，最大限度实现节能保温。面对荒漠、沙石地无法修建土墙大棚的难题，他们创新推出装配式地上大棚，中空夹层墙体锁住棚内温度，搭配农科院专利太阳能积热板，实现零能耗地温供热。

不止大棚硬件，团队还提供因地制宜的全套种植方案。戈壁、沙石土地采用水培、基质栽培等无土栽培技术，就连远洋集装箱，也能改造成多层种植舱，在极端环境实现蔬菜生产，适配零下40℃到零上40℃不同地域条件。

这就是“寿光模式”的魅力，不只是输出大棚设备，更是整套农业产业方案。作为新时代新农人，栾宏运传承父辈农业情怀，用科技改良传统种植，让寿光农业技术走向更广阔的天地。

Luan Hongyun, a native of Shouguang, Weifang, is a third-generation farmer. His grandfather started greenhouse farming decades ago. He spent much of time in greenhouses and farm fields alongside his father, forging a deep bond with agriculture. Today, he devotes himself to innovative protected-agriculture development.

Targeting the drawbacks of traditional connected greenhouses——poor heat retention and weak wind resistance，his team has independently developed a new wind-resistant connected thermal-insulation greenhouse. Thanks to multi-layer cold-proof structures and wind-deflecting sloped design, the greenhouse can withstand winds of Force 11-12 while maximizing energy-saving thermal performance. To tackle the difficulty of building earth-wall greenhouses in deserts and sandy-rocky land, the team created prefabricated above-ground greenhouses. Their hollow sandwich-structured walls preserve internal heat. Combined with patented solar thermal-storage panels from the Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences, zero-energy ground-temperature heating is achieved.

Beyond greenhouse hardware, the team provides tailored comprehensive planting solutions. Hydroponics and substrate-based soilless cultivation are adopted for desert and stony soil. Even shipping containers can be converted into multi-layer planting modules for vegetable production under extreme conditions, suitable for regions with temperatures ranging from ‑40℃ to 40℃.

It showcases the power of“Shouguang Model”. It exports not merely greenhouse facilities, but complete industrial-scale agricultural solutions.
