In the workshop, the intelligent molding machine operates at high speed, shaping rubber raw materials into the tire embryo of "memory rubber" high-end tires at a second-level pace. The highlight of this product lies in its formula and structure: it uses modified solution-polymerized styrene-butadiene rubber, combined with low-temperature mixing technology, to strike a balance between wear resistance, low rolling resistance, and strong grip; the tire body adopts a "6+2" reinforced design, equipped with double-layer high modulus low shrinkage cord and crown composite blended reinforced cord, which can quickly recover its original shape after being deformed under stress.

After the embryos are off the production line, they are automatically scanned and weighed, and then enter a 12-meter-high intelligent three-dimensional warehouse with nearly 7,000 storage locations via a conveyor line. The entire process is automated by stackers and MES systems, resulting in an increase of over 60% in inventory management efficiency.

The self-repairing silent tire has secured the title of the ninth batch of Shandong Provincial Manufacturing Industry Single Champion, with a market share of 32% in the province. "This high-end tire made of memory rubber fully covers all domestic new energy vehicle usage scenarios, and our order book is very full. The production plan has been scheduled until the end of June," said Song Fangzhao, the head of the enterprise's production management department.

自修复静音轮胎拿下第九批山东省制造业单项冠军，省内市场占有率达到32%。“这款记忆橡胶高端轮胎完全覆盖国内所有新能源汽车使用场景，在手订单十分充裕，生产计划已经排到了6月底。”企业生产管理部部长宋方昭说。
