The only one in China! How did Hande gain the discourse power over the “heart” of the drilling rig?

Shandong Hand Automation Control Equipment founded in 2007, specializes in electrical drive and industrial automation. It is a national-level "Little Giant" enterprise specializing in precision, fine, unique, and innovative products, and also the only enterprise in China to independently develop the integration of core power, electronic control system, and automation control system for drilling rigs.

For several consecutive years, it has topped the Sinopec framework bidding, occupying over 50% of its market share. The company's self-developed first 1300Nm³/h alkaline water electrolyzer in China adopts an integrated structure of base and pole frame to solve the problem of plate deformation, achieving a hydrogen purity of 99.999%, higher than the national standard of 99.97%. Currently, it has established a full industrial chain production line for hydrogen energy equipment, with an annual output of 100 sets of alkaline water electrolysis hydrogen production systems.

It has also put into use a 12MW hydrogen energy testing station, becoming the first platform in the northern region with full-process testing capabilities for this system. Hand has accumulated two decades of technical expertise and systematically formed a complete product system - "Smart Microgrid+": integrating generator sets, energy storage, power grids, and industrial loads into a single self-controllable control system, enabling every industrial power consumption site to have its own highly reliable autonomous power grid. The cost-effectiveness is evident: diesel power generation costs two or three yuan per kilowatt-hour, but it drops to a few cents after integrating associated gas and grid power; energy storage reduces the need to operate an additional generator; in the past, voltage fluctuations and control system trips would lead to production losses of hundreds of thousands of yuan per shutdown, but now they are automatically compensated in milliseconds.

In the words of the company, this is the practical application of the "new power system" in industrial sites. Oilfield associated gas and green electricity, which were previously wasted if not fully utilized, are now consumed and balanced on-site through the microgrid, ensuring that green electricity remains within the park. This is also a micro-sample of Dongying's construction of a new energy economy demonstration zone.
